Simple laid back comedy showcase that will make you laugh for sure.
Every week, there'll be a fresh line-up of some local comedians that will serve you their very best jokes. You'll see them before they make it on Netflix and HBO!
The show will be in English, but everyone is welcome to join
Guidelines to perform
💃 *TGIF is now a showcase*
From now on, TGIF Comedy will be a showcase instead of an open mic. People will pay an entrance fee of at least 5 EUR and you're expected to do tested material. I believe everyone in this group has experience with showcases, so I won't go too much in detail on this topic
📏 *Less comics per line-up*
For the next shows, I will make shorter line-ups. We'll go from 8 people per week to 5-6.
⏰ *Longer spots*
Once there's less performers on the line-up, sets will likely increase to 7-10 minutes. This is subject to change based on how many people are actually performing
⭐️ *Higher quality, higher expectations*
As I'll do my best to make this the best damn comedy show in the whole world, I will have higher expectations for performers
- Show up on time (that is before the show starts)
- Don't overrun your spot time
- Don't "demand" specific spots on the lineup. I, as the organiser, want to maintain the liberty to design the order of the show
- Keep their commitment: don't sign up to then cancel a bit before.
🤑 *Pay*
I am dedicated, as of the next show, to pay each performer 10 euro (and a drink at the bar) for performing. This of course will only happen if the expectations outlined above are met. The organiser reserves the right to refuse payout if one of the requirements has not been met.
💄 *Promo*
Not only will you be paid for being on the show, but your name, photo and socials will be posted on all marketing. (Of course: make sure to add your social links via performer app).
As a promoter, I will always put a lot of effort to get the largest crowd possible.
👨🏫 *Follow the rules*
If, for whatever reason you cancel, show up late, don't show up at all, or break any other commitment, this can result in
- no or reduced pay
- temporary or permanent banning from the show, depending on severity

Those are basically the new guidelines for performing at TGIF. I don't like going full school teacher, but I believe it's good to be on the same page. If you feel uncomfortable or disagree with these new guidelines, that's your right.
In that case, I would ask you to remove yourself from the lineup via performer app:
1. Go to https://performer.app and log in at the bottom of the page
2. Click on the spot, and press "Cancel Spot"
3. Confirm
